International Conference Photographer

International conference photography for US companies running events abroad: one photographer, one consistent look, from your San Francisco keynote to your London summit.

US Editorial Standard, Delivered Anywhere

When a US company runs a congress in Barcelona or an investor day in London, the communications team usually faces a choice: source an unknown local photographer in every city, or fly one trusted photographer who already knows the brand. I am the second option. I photograph multi-day conferences, product launches, and executive events across Europe for US-based teams, with the same wire-service standard my work carries in The New York Times, TIME, and The Wall Street Journal.

How International Coverage Works

International bookings are multi-day engagements. We plan the shot list around your agenda, I arrive a day early to scout the venue and beat the jet lag, and I shoot your full program: keynotes, expo floors, breakouts, executive portraits between sessions, and evening receptions. Same-day selects go to your team each night, edited and captioned, timed to your US audience’s morning. Travel is quoted flat as part of the package, so the invoice holds no surprises.

Cities and Venues

London, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Zurich, Geneva, Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, Stockholm, and any major conference city. Venue scale does not change the approach: ExCeL London, Fira Barcelona, IFEMA Madrid, RAI Amsterdam, Messe Berlin, or a chateau offsite outside Paris all get the same coverage discipline.

One Photographer Across Continents

Companies that run event series on both sides of the Atlantic use me to keep the whole series visually consistent: the same eye on your Dreamforce presence and your London roadshow. Multi-office firms often add a headshot day at their European office on the same trip, which spreads the travel across two shoots and puts every office on one look.
