After the shoot, I cull the images and send each subject 5–7 of the best unedited selects. They choose their favorite, and I professionally retouch and deliver that image in the final gallery.

How the Process Works
Every headshot session begins with a brief pre-shoot consultation — wardrobe guidance, background preferences, and a discussion of where the images will be used and what impression they need to make. On the day of the shoot, Josh directs each subject with a calm, efficient style that produces genuine, flattering results quickly, even for clients who consider themselves camera-shy.
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions run 20–45 minutes and typically cover 2–3 wardrobe looks with both tight portrait framings and wider environmental compositions. You choose the final selects; Josh delivers retouched, print-ready files within 3–5 business days.
Team Headshot Days
Team days are engineered for efficiency — typically 8–15 minutes per person — with consistent lighting, framing, and background across every portrait regardless of team size. Whether you have 10 people or 200, every person walks away with a polished, brand-consistent headshot. Ideal for annual company-wide refreshes or onboarding a new class of executives.
Pricing
