When one photographer is not enough
A keynote, four breakout tracks, an expo floor, a partner dinner and a headshot station, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., for three days.
That program cannot be covered by one person, and it should not be covered by five people who have never met. Josh Edelson Photography runs the photography side of programs like that: staffing, direction, editing and delivery, with Josh on site as the lead and accountable for every frame that goes out.
The crew is built for the room
Stage specialists on the keynotes. Candid shooters on the floor and at the reception. A portrait setup and a dedicated shooter on the headshot station. Every photographer is a professional Josh has vetted, briefed against your shot list and directed on site, and every frame passes through the same edit.
- Coverage plan mapped track by track and hour by hour before anyone lands
- A shot list per session, shared with your team in advance
- Three events in three buildings on the same day is a staffing plan, not a problem

Delivery that keeps up with the event
A dedicated editor works alongside the crew on multi-day programs. Selects go to your communications and social teams the same night, captioned and ready to post, so the keynote is on LinkedIn before the reception ends. The full edited archive follows on the schedule you set.
Josh shoots on assignment for Agence France-Presse, where a captioned, transmitted file is due within minutes of the moment. A live event feed is built on that same discipline.

Multi-city, one look
The same lead, the same shot list and the same edit at every stop, so a road show produces one consistent library instead of four styles to reconcile.
The Axonius Adapt25 road show, 2025: four cities in six weeks. Salesforce, Seattle: a program on a date Josh was already booked, staffed with a photographer he hired, briefed and directed, and edited to the same standard as the work he shoots himself.
Programs and rooms
Keynotes, breakouts, expo floors and receptions across the Bay Area and on the road: Google I/O and Dreamforce coverage, AWS re:MARS in Las Vegas, DFIN in New York, Wurl Summit in San Diego.

Who hires a photography production
A photo vendor that runs itself: one contact, one invoice, no chasing five freelancers for files.
User conferences, sales kickoffs, leadership summits and launches that need press-ready images the same night.
One look across every stop, with the same lead on the ground in each city.
Every program is quoted as a whole: photographer-days by role, editing, production management and, when needed, travel at cost. Single-photographer coverage starts from $2,000 for a half day and $3,500 for a full day; multi-photographer programs are scoped individually.
Programs in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago
Most multi-photographer programs we quote are in four markets. Each has a local page for single-photographer coverage; the production model is the same everywhere.
Midtown conference hotels, the Javits Center, investor days and road-show stops. New York event coverage
Home market. Moscone, the Palace of Fine Arts, campus events from South San Francisco to Mountain View, and every user conference in between. San Francisco event coverage
The Los Angeles Convention Center, Century City and Santa Monica campuses, a same-day flight from the Bay Area. Los Angeles coverage
McCormick Place, the Loop and River North, with the Axonius road show as the reference program. Chicago coverage
Also staffed: Seattle, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, San Diego, Austin, Denver and Washington, D.C. See nationwide programs.
Frequently asked questions
How many photographers can you provide for a conference?
2-10, depending on the agenda. Josh Edelson leads every program on site and hires, briefs and directs the crew, so the client has one point of contact and one standard across every room.
Can you cover several sessions or several locations at the same time?
Yes. Parallel breakout tracks, an expo floor and a headshot station running at once is the normal shape of a multi-photographer program, and three events in three buildings on one day is a staffing plan, not a problem.
How fast are photos delivered during a multi-day event?
Same night. A dedicated editor works alongside the crew, and selects go to your communications and social teams each evening, captioned and ready to post. The full edited archive follows on the schedule you set.
Do you run multi-city programs and road shows?
Yes. The Axonius Adapt25 road show ran through New York, Boston, Atlanta and Chicago with the same lead, shot list and edit at every stop. When needed, travel is billed at cost.
Who is the photographer on site?
Josh Edelson leads every program in person and shoots the priority coverage himself. Additional photographers are professionals he has vetted, briefed and directed, and every frame passes through the same edit.
What does a multi-photographer production cost?
Programs are quoted individually from the agenda: photographer-days by role, editing, production management and any travel at cost. Single-photographer coverage starts from $2,000 for a half day and $3,500 for a full day. Send the agenda for a coverage plan and a quote.
Are you insured and set up for vendor onboarding?
Yes. $2 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate liability, certificates of insurance on request, W-9 and vendor registration handled, and venue credentialing coordinated in advance.
Do you run productions in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago?
Yes. New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles and Chicago are the four markets where most multi-photographer programs are quoted, and the same model runs in Seattle, Boston, Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas and elsewhere. Josh Edelson leads on site in every city; when needed, travel is billed at cost.
Can you send a photography team to a conference outside California?
Yes. The Axonius Adapt25 road show ran through New York, Boston, Atlanta and Chicago with one lead and one look at every stop. Send the city, dates and agenda for a coverage plan.
