How much does corporate event photography cost?

Half-day coverage, up to four hours on site, starts at $2,500. A full day, anything over four hours, starts at $4,500, and each additional full day is $4,000. A long day running past ten hours is billed as an extended day, quoted individually. Multi-day and mixed schedules are quoted per day and summed, and longer bookings often qualify for a further discount.

What counts as a half day versus a full day?

A half day is up to four hours of on-site coverage, which fits most single events since they tend to run about three hours. A full day is anything over four hours, up to about ten. Past ten hours I treat it as a long day because of the added shooting and editing load. You can mix them in one booking, for example one full day for the main event plus two half days for breakouts.

Do I need a second photographer?

One photographer covers most events. A second shooter earns its keep when you have parallel sessions, a large room, a packed stage schedule, or you want broad candid coverage happening at the same time as the keynote. You can add a second shooter to just the days that need it, so you are not paying for extra coverage on the quieter ones.

How does travel work for out-of-town events?

For local events it is simply mileage. For out-of-town work the cleanest arrangement is that you cover the hotel, often through your event room block, and I handle the rest. Flights are usually the smaller part of the cost, so this keeps the travel line low and predictable.
