Multi-Day Conference Photography in San Francisco
For conferences and summits that run two days or more, I cover the full arc: setup and branding, general sessions and keynotes, breakouts, the expo floor, and evening receptions. I shoot at Moscone Center, Yerba Buena, Fort Mason, Pier 27, Chase Center, and hotel ballrooms across the city, and I keep the look consistent from the first session to the closing night, so the gallery reads as one event.
I have photographed Apple CEO Tim Cook and Google CEO Sundar Pichai on keynote stages, and fifteen years shooting for Agence France-Presse means the coverage holds up in press, not just a recap deck. Edited selects go out the same night, so your social team can post while the event is still trending. A half day is $2,000, a full day is $4,000, and multi-day packages are quoted flat with travel included.
