Phoenix Corporate Event Photographer

Corporate event photography in Phoenix and Scottsdale, from convention center keynotes to resort offsites in the desert light.

Convention Center Keynotes and Scottsdale Resort Offsites

Phoenix corporate work splits between the Phoenix Convention Center downtown and the resort corridor in Scottsdale, where companies run sales kickoffs, incentive trips, and leadership offsites. I photograph both: ballroom keynotes with mixed stage lighting, and golden-hour outdoor receptions where the desert light does half the work. As an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, I can also add aerial coverage of your resort venue and group photos shot from above, where properties allow it.

Sales Kickoffs and Incentive Events

Kickoffs and incentive trips are about energy: the awards moment, the team on the golf course, the executive toast at sunset. I shoot them like a photojournalist, catching real moments rather than staged ones, and deliver galleries your team actually shares.

Why Companies Fly Me In

I am a San Francisco based corporate photographer with 15 plus years shooting for Agence France-Presse, with work published in The New York Times, TIME, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. Corporate teams at Google, Amazon, Meta, and Salesforce hire me for conference coverage, executive portraits, team headshot days, and office lifestyle photography. Booking me works like booking a local: we plan the shot list around your agenda, I arrive the evening before your event, and travel is quoted flat so it never surprises your budget. During multi-day events I deliver same-day selects each night, edited and captioned, so your social and PR teams post while the event is live.

Stack a Headshot Day onto the Same Trip

The most cost-effective way to use my travel: add a team headshot day or office lifestyle session before or after your event. One photographer across your event and your offices means one consistent look everywhere, and the travel spreads across two shoots.
